INSPECTION TRIPS

You may already know where you want to buy but nothing beats getting to know an area and seeing a selection of our properties for yourself. You can arrange an inspection trip with us free.  It will be our pleasure to show you around the resorts and to accompany you on a tour of the properties we have for sale. Our inspection trips are simple to arrange and typically last 3 – 7 nights.  If you have already organized your travel, we can meet you during your stay. What is included in the free inspection trip is :

*Airport Transfers

*Accommodation in 3 star hotel 3 nights Half Board (extra day supplement will be charged after 3 nights)

*Site seeing tours with lunch

*Historical Trip with Lunch (Fish)

*Contract and celebration with champagne

If you sign the contract on the 3rd day in addition to these we pay your flight fee and your accommodation in the hotel up to 7 nights.

You are under no obligation to purchase, but you are under an obligation to view our properties for the duration of your visit. Clients who wish to use our inspection tours for any other reason will be held in breach of contract and will then be required to pay the full cost of inspection tour, as per our trading terms.

 15 % of the sale price with the contract ( this is non-refundable deposit)

 85 % 1 month after the contract
