Design & Construction of Land
We will take your title deed(s) to the government land registry to check that
they are in order and from there we will be able to determine how the land can
be split up and what type of property we can construct on your behalf (e.g.
apartment block, duplex, triplex, house or villa). We will put our findings
into a report for you. Our architects can draw up plans according to your
specifications or if you have already had plans drawn up independently, we can
do the construction of them.

PROPERTY RESTORATION
You may wish to make alterations to your home decorating, tiling,
changing the bathroom or kitchen or maybe restoration work. We will
oversee all work to your property whether you are resident or absent.
